The licensing arrangements are negotiated and entered into between the buyer (“Licensee”) and panographer (“Licensor”). As such, Panohouse.com is not a party to their agreements and is excluded from any responsibility in these arrangements. Panohouse.com shall therefore not be held liable for any general, special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages arising out of these licensing arrangements at the time of the sale and at any future date.
